Delivery & Shipping Terms & Conditions

1. General

1.1 Makerlab utilizes third-party logistics providers (SPX, LBC, Lalamove, and others) to fulfill deliveries nationwide within the Philippines.

1.2 By placing an order, the customer agrees that Makerlab does not directly operate a delivery service and that all shipping is subject to the terms, policies, and schedules of the chosen courier.

2. Delivery Coverage

2.1 Delivery is available to major cities and towns across the Philippines.

2.2 In-store pickup is available at: 1231 Tomas Mapua St., Sta. Cruz, Manila.

3. Shipping Charges

3.1 Shipping charges are determined by the respective courier’s prevailing rates based on weight, size, and destination.

3.2 No fees apply to in-store pickups.

4. Processing & Delivery Timeframes

4.1 Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

4.2 Delivery timeframes are subject to the courier’s service schedule:

  • Lalamove / Grab: Generally same-day delivery.
  • LBC / SPX: Subject to courier transit schedules.
  • In-store Pickup: Same-day availability.

5. Delivery Timeline Disclaimer

5.1 All delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
5.2 Makerlab shall not be held liable for any delays once goods have been handed over to the designated courier.

6. Transfer of Risk

6.1 Risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers to the customer once the goods are handed over to the designated courier.

7. Order Tracking

7.1 Customers will receive tracking details according to the courier’s tracking system.
7.2 Real-time tracking is available for deliveries via Lalamove and Grab.

8. Packaging

8.1 All goods are securely packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

9. Damaged Items, Lost Items, or Delayed Deliveries

9.1 Customers must notify Makerlab immediately in the event of lost items, damaged items, or delayed deliveries for assistance in coordinating with the courier.

10. Order Changes

10.1 Changes to orders may only be made before processing has commenced.

11. Force Majeure

11.1 Makerlab shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, or government restrictions.

12. Special Requests

12.1 Customers may submit special delivery requests to Makerlab, which shall be accommodated at Makerlab’s sole discretion and subject to courier capabilities.
